Today, multi-tasking is a norm, and some of us blur the lines between pleasure and work. Yet, making life and work balance decisions seem to be getting more difficult to manage. Regardless, we are all looking at different ways to relieve stress.

The simple truth is life and work balance begins with making personal choices; as our choices affect every aspect of sustaining a healthy life~style.

The Personal Balance Assessment is adapted from the wellness inventory found in ACSM’s Health and Fitness Journal 5(2) 6-12 2001. It is designed to help you focus six wellness paths. These are Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Social, Inner-Self and Vocation.

This assessment will help you begin to see what value you currently place on these different aspects of your life.
